The second title used on the bank. Bold officers signatures of Frank M. Clark and Charles H. Nettleton (no not THAT Frank Clark). The Newman collection had a PCGS VF 25 with unmentioned tone spots that topped the $250 mark. This XF note is really about the nicest we have seen.
