G-8a. This note is commonly found as a remainder but is quite rare fully issued as this one. Beautiful central vignettes of Indians, maids, children and shield. George Washington at upper left; Martha Washington at lower right. Fully issued and dated, with nice pen signatures of M. Stevenson, Cashier, and James E. Hoyt, President. A lovely fully issued example of this popular denomination and type.
