Grade: PMG Gem UNC 66 EPQ/PMG Ch. UNC 63 EPQ
Virtually all of the changeover pairs that we encounter are from the I-B block. This is the only H-B changeover pair that we have found recent auction records for. The 1928-B note is a stunning Gem and the semi-key 1928-D note is a smaller bottom margin from the Gem grade.
