Here is a true rarity, in as much as the money was flying freely in the late 1920s. I'm surprised few were unscathed over the ensuing decade. Also, they were not legal to hold so banks would have turned them in, being good citizens. I believe this was sold as UNC, or it should have been. This note, with its bright, fresh originality along with the excellent color and centering, is new to the system. A beautiful rarity and 1 of 83 small notes reported, with approximately 10 UNCs and a few AUs.
