The $2 solid serial numbers are nearly 100 times as rare as their $1 solid serial number counterparts. As of the end of 2017 the BEP had printed only four $2 notes with serial #88888888. We think this is the best of the four, because it is solid 8s on the #8 district. The $2 2009 FRN #K88888888F was recently offered on eBay at $11,500. This note will be impossible to replace, and one of two keys to completing a complete denomination set of $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 solid #88888888s.
