The Governor of the Seychelles in 1971 was Bruce Greatbatch (whose signature appears crossed out on this note); he left office in 1973 and his successor was Colin Hamilton Allan, whose signature appears on the issued 1974 date for this type. It is extremely likely this piece is unique; sensational collector item.
