I would grade this a VF 30 and I find this an extremely lovely note from the state capital. The pen signatures are lovely, as is the paper and overall appearance. There are only two 1865 $5s, two 1874 $5s and a $100 First Charter reported, and I cannot easily find any sales records. A note that will please any serious collector with interest.
