This is likely the finest example known with this title. Very pretty and one of only nine large notes reported with this title. The Peoples National Bank of Los Angeles printed $1,241,880 of National Currency, issuing just a single type and denomination. The bank, located at 409 So. Hill Street, was chartered in June 1925 and liquidated on November 1, 1932. The second title, National Bank of Commerce of Los Angeles, was taken on June 27, 1928.
