A beautiful Atlanta Red Seal, easily among the finest known for this Friedberg number, with serials 2 - 5 listed as AU or UNC in the census, and Serial 1 a 40PPQ leading all of the three dozen known examples. Hard to understand why PMG didn't add the EPQ moniker as embossing can easily be seen through the holder.
