A better grade Colby and Spinner hand-signed note printed on fiber paper. PMG has commented Faded Surcharges. While this is certainly true that the two right surcharges are somewhat faded (although certainly legible) it is hardly an issue about which one should be troubled (and not commented on). In the pantheon of grading comments that have accumulated over the past dozen or so years, this example rises to the level of being a vacuous comment and one that represents a general slowness of thought.
