A very challenging early $10 star note that only requires a broader bottom margin to have achieved a far better grade. Embossing is seen at every turn and the blue ink colors practically jump through the holder. Last September we saw a PMG Ch. UNC 64 EPQ sell for $1200 and that note was only two numbers removed from this one.
