Here is a complete pack of 100 Richmond 1928 FRNs that are all graded by PCGS. This pack sold for $105,000 more than a decade ago and each note has been slabbed since then. Recent sales show a '65 EPQ' realizing $3,600, a '64 EPQ' at $1,527.50 and a '63 PPQ' at $812. This shows a potential of nearly $200,000 for the lot but it is now available with an opening bid at $45,000.
