Unlisted in Andersen. A very scarce piece of colonial era fiscal paper that should not be overlooked. Two hole punch cancels seen at center top and bottom. Signed by Joseph Pearson as Secretary and J. Gilman as Governor. Glue streaking and staining at right end. Deeply embossed and lightly folded. A great fiscal piece.
