Locations in Colorado Territory, Hannibal, MO and New York City. Four punch cancels seen at bottom. Minor mounting remnants seen on back corners. Missing from Ford XX and only found as a punch cancelled remainder in the Vacca collection (where it topped the $1,000 barrier). A very neat example from a state where territorial notes are always coveted.
