Grade:
PCGS Abt. Good 3
A rare early Delaware issued note that was printed by Benjamin Franklin. PCGS notes a host of issues, most of which should really be considered as part of the About Good grade. For a note in this grade it is remarkable that the serial number and signatures are still primarily legible. In recent years we have seen a couple of Apparent graded Fine notes sell for around $2500 each.
