Light background 3¢ note complete sheets are certainly available enough, but the same cannot be said for their dark background relatives. The only complete sheet of 25 notes that we saw sell in recent years was an XF 45 that topped the $7000 mark in 2014. This larger partial sheet of 15 notes should sell for a healthy sum once the hammer falls.
