This jewel was last offered in the 1986 Hickman-Oakes sale, Lot 265. Prior to that it came from the Amon Carter Collection. This bank is UNIQUE as a Territorial and the other known note is a #1 $10 Red Seal in uncirculated condition. I must say that many collectors would be happy to have either note in their collection but Washington Territorials take a whole other tier of rarity and collector. There were only 830 sheets of Territorials printed from this bank in Whitman County in southeast Washington within the Territory.
