Grade: PCGS Gem New 66 PPQ
On the surface this may not seem like much of a note but it actually is. There is a single 67 better at PCGS and even in Gem 66PPQ grade this is a scarce piece. This same note sold for a whopping $1880 in 2015 and, while it is not likely to show a repeat performance, it could very easily slip into our estimate range.
