A satisfying Washington County institution that was one of four banks in town. Although the '35 EPQ' grade is spot on, the dark stamped signatures, rich ink colors, and oozing originality all attest to a much better fate. We first sold this same note twenty years ago before there was any price appreciation in Nationals. Even at that, it still topped the $450 figure.
