A large-only bank from which Third Charter blue seals are common, but whose earlier notes are quite scarce. A bright and fresh note with excellent pen signatures and cherry red inks. One of only two Red Seals on this charter and this is easily the nicer of that pair. The other grades PCGS VF 35 PPQ and sold for over $1,100 in 2012. Tonight's offering should easily surpass that figure.
