A picturesque resort town in New York's Adirondack region of mountains and forest. An exceptional note that any New York collector would be lucky to claim for his own. A bright and well margined piece with good color and fresh paper. A paltry $440 outstanding in 1935 with this pen signed note one of only four known. The only other auction results from the past few decades were an ugly PMG Fine 15 that sold for over $4,000, as well as a raw Fine that topped the $9,000 barrier. A special note that will certainly augment the next collection which it enters.
