A fractional denomination Rhode Island issue from which CU notes are legitimately rare. There is a single note at either service that has been deemed to be better than the current offering. That note, which is seven numbers away from this one, sold twice 10-12 years ago for over $2000 in each instance. This is a rare note at this grade level and the fact that it will transcend the thousand dollar barrier is all but a foregone conclusion.
