This is a very rare signature combination in UNC condition with only 21 serial numbers recorded between '63' and '67'. There have been no UNC notes offered except stars since 2011 and I don't believe many realize that there are only 491 serial numbers recorded in all grades. There are a '64', '65', and '66' EPQ graded along with this '63 EPQ. Great quality that may have deserved another grade point.
