Excellent stamped signatures on this Territorial that has not been available since 2000. I cannot find an offering of this denomination all the way back to 1981 and only one of the four known Territorials seems to be of higher quality. A comment on the back says 'stains lightened' but based on my eyes I have no idea what they were thinking.
