This note has a re-entered plate *c. There are a number of $5 Brown Backs on this charter but I cannot find any reference to any with (star) or replacement plates. A decent, problem free note. Certainly missed by cataloguers at Stacks/Bowers in the November 2011 sale or by Track & Price, I do not know which.
