A rare $10 blue end paper example of one of the first 100 charters. It has excellent signatures and a purple '7' on the face. This is the only $10 First Charter seen on this Delhi County bank. It's easy enough to see daylight through the note when held to light. It certainly would look better restored and that would not be expensive.
