Over the past dozen years we have seen lots (and lots, and lots.....) of third party graded notes that left you scratching your head wondering how they arrived at their conclusion. This is not such a note. It has been endowed with boardwalk margins, dead on centering, and crackerjack embossing. PMG also notes "Great Embossing."
