Milton M2E10R.4. PMG notes "as made ink on back", which is some press bed smearing. Back design with bronzing and surcharges normally seen on Fr. 1249. Two half-moon cancels and purple stamped "SPECIMEN" diagonally across the center. The other side shows a large bronze oval.
