A scarce Peekskill bank which is far more challenging to locate than the other bank in town, Westchester County NB. Third Charter notes only in Large Size, with a mere foursome of $10 Plain Backs known. A solid Very Fine note with excellent stamped signatures and plentiful margins. A few years back, we sold a $10 PB in VF grade for over $600.
