June 1, 1867. This is a nice signed and issued note made out to Wm. Klugensmith and signed by Geo. Graham, Treasurer. In 1867 500,000 were authorized by the state to pay for Indian campaign of 1864 and battles against the Confederacy in the Battle of Westport and others.
