Unlisted diagonal back overprint in red "Acuerdo No. 282 de 15/de diciembre de 1917". President A. Gonzalez Flores appears on the 5 Colones, which comes after the higher denominations because of the back overprint. Couple small tears. Belongs just before Standard Catalog #171. Only the second piece reported; incredible opportunity.
