A rare type for New Hampshire with just 15 $10 Red Seals tracked to date. This is an especially nice one with vivid colors, no problems and legible signatures of Willis B. Kendall, Cashier and R. M. Heard, President. Despite this bank's large issue, relatively few large notes remain today. There are 13 that present this second title. This is the sole $10 Red Seal, and as such, should be a desirable note. We sold the only other Red Seal known on this bank, a $20, as part of the Jesse Lipka Collection in 2010. That example brought just under $15,000. This note is not quite as nice, but has better margins and is just as rare.
