The 15 or so previously recorded specimens must be in strong hands, since large notes from this bank are almost never offered. One example popped up three times between 1998 and 2001, and then disappeared. One other note was offered one time on eBay in 2006. Fortunately this collection contained one example. It would have graded higher but for some surface dirt on the face. The bold signatures are a plus.
