There are only three notes reported from this bank with this title, and two are Red Seal Territorials. This example last appeared in our 1993 PCDA sale and it's the only one publicly offered. We did sell a state note in 2009 for $20,700. It's tough to estimate what exactly this well signed, low grade note will realize. I believe my estimate will prove to be conservative.
