This note is new to the census and is only the fourth large note reported from this small town, short-lived bank in Union County, in southern Illinois. The only sale was in 2007 by Smythe at $5,980. This is an evenly circulated note with excellent pen signatures of W.H. Weatherly, President and R.A. Anderson, Cashier.
