This note has a single center fold that is heavy and beginning to split at the edges. There are a few other splits as well, and the face is dirty from having been carried. If it were cleaner and was missing the tears, it would be what it isn't, an XF. What it is, is hard to grade. Say, it does have a nice red overprint peaking through.
