Demand Notes are a tough series and there are only five examples of the Cincinnati $5 known to exist. It has been quite a few years since another has been offered and three of the five known are about the same grade as this example. With only one example better than VG/Fine it's highly unlikely to acquire a much higher grade. PCGS notes professional restoration.
