One might think that the Chicago district, being somewhat available in the regular issue notes, would also be the type star for the Battleships, but that is not the case. Just five star notes exist for the Fr. 765, and this is the nicest circulated example. A wonderful two fold XF, this is also the nicest Battleship star in this sale. A note that will make someone very happy. Graded XF 40 by PCGS.
