Ornate-Back Silver Certificates remain rare and elusive in all grades with only 69 for this signature combination, and 132 for the entire type and all grades. Above XF, only 10, for the whole type, are in private collections, and just two are Fr. 314. This is an evenly circulated Ornate-Back Manning note with a large brown seal and the Rosecrans-Huston signature combination. These are very hard to come by.
