This Warren County bank has 43 large notes reported but I can find only a single offering of a note this pretty that was on eBay in 2004, which I discount from a quality standpoint. This note is a beauty with excellent stamped signatures of S.C. Smith, President and John I. Firth, Cashier. This certainly could, or should be the finest now known for Blue Seals.
