This is a lovely Blue Seal from this Roosevelt County bank. It has light, wispy stamped signatures and great color. With the addition of this note, there are still only 10 large notes reported, and I believe only one note is better. I see that a VF realized $6,900 in 2008, showing me that collectors want the best.
