Contains SPECIMEN in black, serial number of zeroes, along with detached PRESENTATION COVER from printer. Taylor signature. Jhunjhunwalla depicts a Specimen on page 132; the illustrated piece, also Taylor signature, has Specimen in red. Presentation Cover states: "NEW DESIGN/INDIAN CURRENCY NOTE/RUPEES FIVE/1933". Signed by Engraver H. W. Bass at lower left and Master, Security Printing George Willis at lower right. The upper right corner area is missing from cover; the note has slight foxing and small piece missing at right center margin. I do not recall ever seeing something like this offered publicly in the US. Very special collector item.
