Grade: PCGS Ch. New 63 PPQ
Fully framed and very scarce as such. Deep pink paper color and thick signatures make this note really premium for the Ch. New grade. In our July sale we sold a similar example, a PCGS Ch. New (without PPQ) for $460 and this one is just as nice.
