This T-45 note has astounding quality for the type as it is fully uncirculated with bright paper and stunning green overprint. PCGS notes minor mounting remnants on back but since we can barely see them we're guessing that they would be easily removable. We almost never see examples in this grade as the average note grades VG/Fine or a little better. If you covet the best or close to it then don't let this opportunity pass you by.
