Bold John Hart signature. Jumbo margins seen on all sides with picture perfect centering of both sides. Great print detail and mountainous embossing are present. A couple of light tone spots confined primarily to the back are all that prevent the Superb Gem grade. John Hart was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and notes with his signature are therefore avidly collected. Recent sales of super high grade examples have easily broken the four figure barrier.
