With 19,560 printed, the Richmond district is second only in scarcity to the fabled Minneapolis note. This original and rather lovely note possesses both a light green seal and a low serial #E00002595A. It has ample margins, excellent centering and crackling fresh paper. This Richmond note rarely makes auction appearances, perhaps once a year, and when it does it usually commands a price in the thousands. In the PCGS Population Report this note is second in line, with a single note better at AU 58 and no CU examples graded as of yet.
