Even though the printing figure is not low there are hardly ever any of these San Francisco notes that show up for sale. This note is essentially flawless with great paper, superb embossing and wondrous aesthetic appeal. This is the only 66 PPQ in the PCGS POP Report with a single note higher, and that by only one point.
