This is easily one of the nicest appearing examples you will ever find from this condition-challenged issue. Almost all surviving examples suffer from terrible splits, tears, tape repairs, etc. due to the fact that it is a thin paper note and oversized. PCGS notes there are tape repaired edges and internal splits but they are extremely minor and confined solely to the back of the note. Newman values this at $1,000 in VF and it would not surprise us in the least to see this example make a run at that mark.
