This is one of the more rare Colorado banks with a paltry six large notes reported and a single small note. Most appear in the census around the VF grade, but I can t imagine that many could surpass this note's bright paper and vivid colors. The purple stamped signatures are characteristically weak, but visible. The note has a few pin holes in the portrait and a tight bottom margin, however, it is nicer than the Mayer specimen that sold for over $2,000 in 2008. These are infrequently available, with an average wait of four years between offerings.
