Grade: PCGS VF 35 PPQ
This is one of those lots that the casual observer isn't going to understand. The note itself is a lovely near XF example with perhaps a fold too many for that grade and stunning originality everywhere. PCGS has graded three with two in this grade and a single XF 45 (that means no UNC). People simply didn't save these modern star notes for any reason and therefore they are just plain hard to come by.
